Paul 'Semtex' Daley (Team Rough House) v Bojan 'Zelva' Kosednar (Ljunljana, Slovenia). The main MMA fight of the night at this Cage Warriors event - 'Enter The Rough House 7' tournament. Scheduled for 5x5 minute rounds, saw previously unbeaten Kosednar clearly hurt in round one, being knocked to the ground in the corner of the cage with a knee to the ribs. For a moment it looked like it was all over for Kosednar as Semtex Daley piled in the ground and pound, making a clear effort to bring the fight to a speedy end. However, Kosednar did manage to recover and eventually gained his footing - using the cage to rise to his feet. But by now Daley had Kosednar on his back foot and downed him again before finally landing a powerful left hook, knocking Kosednar out cold with only seconds to go in the opening round. A delighted crowd, (packed house) rose to their feet and rejoiced at the spectacular finale.

Norwegian Simeon Thoresen (Team Joachim Hansen) beat (Team Colosseum's) Matt Thorpe - Tap from a Kimura.

(Team Rough House) Jim Wallhead beat Brazilian, Fabricio Nascimento. Much to the approval of the crowd. Nascimento was warned by the referee for taunting Wallhead, although I have to admit to somewhat of a laugh as each time he taunted Wallhead, Wallhead punched him hard and fast. Nascimento was clearly beaten and hurt. Rather him than me.

Abdul Mohamed and Andre Winner. The most controversial result of the night. A majority draw. All around there were shaking heads as the result came in. I had Abdul Mohamed ahead as he seemed to put most of the work in and grounded Winner a few times. on two occasions carrying Winner over his head and decking him right in front of his (Mohamed's) coaching team.

The Cage Warriors bantamweight title holder Paul "Metabolic" McVeigh beat challenger Steve McCombe with a rear-naked choke - in the second round and retained his title. This genuinely was a class fight with both fighters displaying eloquent skills of cage combat. Steve McCombe clearly preferring stand up, but McVeigh clearly awesome on the ground.

Nottingham's Wayne Buck suffered an unlucky TKO to Italian Matteo Minonzio, due to a cut under his eye. The first defeat of his MMA career.

(Team Rough House) Lee Livingstone extended his record against Wayne Murray with a triangle choke.

Cliff Hall (Total Dojo) beat Rocci Williams causing him to tap with a guillotine choke in the second round.

Heavy weight Chris Cooper beat Tommy Rasmussen with a stoppage due to ground and pound.

Eddie Podolski (Team Rough House) beat John Brotherhood and Peter McGurk beat John Phillips.

Kristoff Woodhouse (Team Rough House) beat Lee Donald (Newcastle).
